TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALE AND RETURN OF GOODS

 

General Provisions

The owner of the website www.soulofcolor.com (the Web Shop) is Plutao Holdings OÜ (registry code: [Insert Code]), registered office: Lai, Tallinn, Estonia. These terms apply to all legal relations between the Web Shop and the customer (the Buyer).

 

Price and Product Information

Prices are displayed next to the digital products in Euros (€) and include Estonian VAT where applicable. Since products are digital (PDFs), no shipping or delivery fees apply. The Web Shop reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.

 

Placing an Order and Payment

To order, add the digital products to your cart. Fill in the required fields (Name, E-mail). Payment is facilitated via Stripe or PayPal. The contract becomes effective once the total amount is received in the Web Shop’s bank account. Upon successful payment, the digital product (PDF) will be delivered immediately via a download link to the e-mail address provided.

 

Right of Withdrawal 

By purchasing a digital product and clicking "Download" or receiving the link, the Buyer expressly consents to lose their right of withdrawal. Because digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent or accessed. 

If the Buyer experiences technical issues with the file, they should contact soulofcolorbrand@gmail.com for a replacement file or technical assistance.

 

Terms of Use (License)

All digital products sold are for personal use only. The Buyer may not redistribute, sell, share, or use the PDF files for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Plutao Holdings OÜ.

 

Personal Data and Marketing

The Web Shop processes personal data (name, email, payment history) in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. Data is used to process orders and provide customer support. Newsletters are sent only if the Buyer has given explicit consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the "unsubscribe" link.

 

Dispute Resolution

If the Buyer has a complaint, please contact us at soulofcolorbrand@gmail.com or +372 53301745. If an agreement cannot be reached, the Buyer has the right to contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (www.komisjon.ee) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
